Few things that you should know:
- » Customer service of this product is not best. it comes with 5 year service warranty and one year parts warranty. unfortunate, you might have to call them within one year, if you use this machine extremely. remember, its a budget elliptical machine
- » Stride is bit short (18 inch), trainers says 20inch is best for elliptical machine workouts, but 18 inch is also good
- » Though there are 12 workout programs, there is no "Incline", which might be important to many buyers

I really like this. Its very easy to assemble, but I think some of my screw were missing

me and my wife use this machine in our home. she has diabetic and con not walk long in treadmill, this machine helped her a lot….
